Issuing environmental permits and approvals rests solely with the competent government authorities, subject to their discretion and to the facility meeting the approved conditions.

Our role is to prepare the file and required studies to professional standards, submit the application, and follow up on procedures and comments. Nothing on this site should be read as an undertaking or guarantee that a particular permit will be issued, issued within a specific period, or accepted on first submission.

4.Consultation requests through the site

Submitting a request through the site form is a request to be contacted. It is not a contract nor acceptance of an offer. No contractual relationship arises until the scope of work and fees are expressly agreed separately and in writing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter in the form. Inaccurate data may lead to an imprecise assessment of your facility's requirements.

You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not:
